- TOILETSEATSANDMORE.COM ships most orders UPS. Every product we ship is packed according to shipping standards and insured for the value of the product. Since we ship according to standards all shipping claims will be brought directly to UPS. Please contact us with any questions regarding this. See Shipping Damages for more information.
In some cases it is more economical for the purchaser if we choose USPS. That difference is already reflected in the shipping cost calculation on the site.
Products are shipped in most cases directly from the manufacturer or artist.
- All orders billed within IL State are subject to 7.00% State Sales Tax which will be automatically calculated into your grand total.
- All orders for Brondell products purchased from or sent to CA will be subject to a California Sales tax of 10% which will be automatically calculated into your grand total.
- We also use USPS Priority Mail on lighter shipments. However there is no tracking number for these packages.
Please note: Since most of our products are special orders and because of this there may be a slightly longer time frame for shipping of these orders. While we make every effot to get these shipped as quickly as possible there may be some exceptions. For special color or content, you must allow at up to 7 to 10 working days shipment time as usually these must be special ordered from the manufacturer. For custom orders and similarly special items, you must allow up to4 to 6 weeks for production and shipment times depending on the product. We will make every effort to keep you informed as to the status of your order. Free free to contact us at any time.
We strive to ship our products as quickly as possible.. If a partial order is shipped separately or backordered you will be emailed with additional tracking numbers or notified of the backorder date and when the item is expected to ship.
- Orders will not be processed on weekends or holidays.
- As soon as your product has been shipped you will be sent an email containing the tracking number. You can also track your shipping in order tracking on our website. This will allow you to track your product quickly and easily over the internet or by phone.
- For sales outside the USA and Canada, please contact us for details. We may need to make special arrangements for puchases outside the USA. Proper identification will be required.
NOTE: SOME BIDET SEATS AND SEATS WITH ELECTRIC COMPONENTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE OUTSIDE THE USA
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Due to governmental regulations and the hygienic nature of our products, we can only accept customer returns on seats that are unopened, unused and re-sellable. Returns for reasons other than manufacturer defect or incorrect item shipped are not allowed. Make sure you are ordering the correct size /shape for our toilet. Returns must be made within fifteen days. Customer returns may incur a 15% restocking and handling fee. Products that are not in new and re-sellable condition are subject to additional fees and / or non-credit for returned merchandise. We will not accept for credit any returns on seats that have been opened and / or used in any manner. If you are sent the wrong item by us, it can be returned only if it is still unopened and in the original packaging. If item is defective you still need to return it in its original packaging material. Toilet Tattoos are NOT RETURNABLE.
- All products are inspected before being shipped, but damages may occur during shipping. If product is received damaged, it must be reported to the shipping company – usually UPS– within 24 hours. All boxes and packing material must be saved. It is possible that the shipping company may want to inspect these materials. Please notify us of the damage after you have reported the claim to the shipping company. Upon receiving credit from the carrier, the product will be re-shipped.
- Of course if the incorrect product is shipped, or the product is defective, we will correct it.
